(Tokyo, Japan) Looking for Restaurant General Manager for a 5 star luxury hotel

About the Role:
You will be responsible to manage and develop the restaurant food and beverage standards and to ensure maximization of departmental profits.  

Reporting to the Head of Food & Beverage, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
• Manages to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.
• Checks daily reservation status and daily occupancy and takes necessary actions to ensure his/her outlets most efficient functioning.
• Ensure cash floats are secured at all times.
• Ensure the day to day operation is smooth in the restaurant.
• Maximize sales potential and encourage upselling in order to maximize rates.
• To gain customer feedback at all times.
• Coaches and counsels employees regarding performance on an on-going basis.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 - 2 years experience in a restaurant management position in 5 star hotel
• Preferably candidates who has previous work experience in a Michelin star restaurant 
• Preferably candidates who can speak Japanese Language
